Low pressure stalk tube for aluminum alloy casting
Riser tube/stalk tube is an important part of aluminum low pressure die casting machine .In die casting process ,molten aluminum(700-900)is sent from riser tube to mould cavity evert 3-5 minutes .
Compared with traditional steel riser tube , aluminum titante ceramic becomes the optimum material for riser tubes due to its lower thermal expansion , good thermal shock resistance and non-stick aluminum .
Aluminum titanate Riser tube/stalk tube made by Zibo Taisheng is used for conveying molten aluminum in foundry industry .Riser tube in Taisheng can be made by both aluminum titanate and silicon nitride material .These two materials are both have excellent thermal shock resistance and corrision resistance , and can not be wetted by liquid molten aluminum .
