Joyda adopts the quality management system ISO9001:2008 and the environmental management system ISO14001:2004. It develops aluminium extruding in sync with aluminium deep processing. With 13 years of R&D, Xinyu products have reached to one hundred thousand varieties, which are widely used in technology, machinery, electronics, appliances, automotive, construction and other industries. It supplies mature deep processing products around the world such as assembly barrier, heat sink, display equipment, motor shell, aluminium furniture, aluminium ladders, LED lamps & its assembly accessories, solar panel frames and aluminium brackets accessories, etc.
We had make the acquisition of SAPA(Jiangyin) in 30th July last year.
After the integration and optimization of resources, the new company Joyda has been set up which is the 4th Branch of Xinyu Aluminum. The company occupies 300 acres and its annual capacity is 100,000 tons. In addition, Joyda has the advanced ability of developing, designing, manufacturing and precision machining of aluminum extrusion profiles.
Joyda has bought more than 100 new machines including CNC machining center, punching machine, bending machine, drawing machine and oxidation production line.
The main product of Joyda is the parts of cars, rails, shipping, aviation, electronic products, solar system, machinery and curtain wall system.
