3D reticulated symmetrical foam skeletal structure, skeletal supporters have microcosmic chaps and pinholes, strong thermal shock resistance, no-grog drop. The microcosmic flaws are good for second sediment of fluoride, increasing the absorptivity of impurities in liquid aluminum.

Instruction:
1.Choose the relevant ceramic foam filter (size, ppi) according to the attached chart and observe its appearance, flip it and burn it
2.Warm up the filter before using, airproof the filter into the filter box thoroughly to make sure that all of the liquid aluminium flow through the filter, percolated gross shouldn’t exceed the limit.
3.If the liquid contains too much dross, more pieces will be needed or to reduce the percolate gross to adjust.
4.Special attention: to prevent second pollution in the process that the aluminium melts left filterbox to solidification and molding, you can adopt launders、chambers、distribution plates、 thermal lids and nozzles with extended life 、high rigidity、no-sticking aluminium and good insulation and only timely dehumidify and clean to eliminate the potential pollutions can ensure the purity of the aluminium melts
