1.Technical and performance description
High-purify filtering device adopts double- stage filtration method for high efficiency of impurities-removal, and two filters mounted in the same filtering device and designed two-grade spacing according to flow speed so as to flexibly choose single or double filtration according to end products required. Compared to the two or multi-filtering before, the double-stage filtering device has higher filtering precision and is helpful for alloying treatment. Meanwhile, it can avoid the miscellaneous phase polymerizing to form the rough metastable state granules, and which then decomposed into particulates with flows. So according to the different pore sizes in filters, the granules can be captured by the second filter before decomposed. This two-stage structure solved the pinholes problems in aluminum foil and PS base plates、 burrs problems in aluminium sheets and reduced the extruded wrinkles. It is FMT exclusive and new-type filtering device.
