We are in need of 0.5mm thick 1423mm (inches) wide Aluminium sheet in continuous length (in coil form). We have to cut them into 105 feet lengths to use as a belt (like conveyer belt). We are using this belt to apply compounded natural rubber latex to make a thing rubber sheet. For this purpose we need a Aluminium sheet which is run over two rollers like a conveyer bult. But it goes vertically up to 50feet up and comes down over a 20“diameter roller. This belt runs very slow speed at about 4feet per minute. We apply latex compound at the bottom roller. Top roller temprature is about 40 degrees C and bottom roller about 34 C. We believe cold rolled material will suit for this purpose. How ever please advise us the suitable material for this purpose.
