(1) Low density:
Aluminum honeycomb panel adopts honeycomb interlining structure; it is a kind of compound board of which the face and the backplane are made of strength aluminum alloy painted by excellent weather ability decorative coatings on the surface. It is with aluminum honeycomb core via high pressure and high temperature composites; it takes full advantages of low density of aluminum.
(2) Good heat preservation and sound insulation:
Aluminum panel don’t have the ability of heat preservation and sound insulation, but aluminum honeycomb panel have the good performance of heat preservation and sound insulation. In the structure of honeycomb panel, substantiality material is only takes 1%~3% of the total volume, the others room is the airproof space, the heat preservation and sound insulation performance of air is better than any solid material, transmit of heat and sound wave was restricted greatly, so aluminum honeycomb panel has the good performance of heat preservation and sound insulation.
(3) Good performance of shock absorption:
Take advantage of aluminum honeycomb’s structure, many cells connect together; it can share the pressure which come from all the directions, so it have the effect of shock absorption.
(4) Fireproofing:
As National Research Center of Testing Techniques for Building Materials authenticated, such material meet all of the requirements of anti-fire material, as the national’s standard, it can meet the capability of nation standard’s GB-8624-B Grade.
(5) Excellent flatness and rigidity:
for in the aluminum honeycomb panel the core is vertical state, and each panel have many staid cells, so the core won’t move, so it make the composite panel keep high stabilization, even if stroked by outside’s strength(such as typhoon), it can keep the panel’s shape won’t change. Aluminum honeycomb panel was formed by many cells connect together, it can share the pressure which come from all the directions, it make the panel suffering the pressure equality, so when the panel enduring high pressure, it can still keep excellent flatness.
(6).light and Energy conservation:
The same rigidity, aluminum honeycomb panel weights 1/5 of aluminum panel, 1/10 of steel panel. Total thickness is 15mm, surface aluminum panel’s thickness is 1mm, rear aluminum panel’s thickness is 0.8mm, such aluminum honeycomb panel’s weight is only 6kg/square meter; Total thickness is 10mm, surface aluminum panel’s thickness is 0.5mm, rear aluminum panel’s thickness is 0.5mm, such aluminum honeycomb panel’s weight is only 4kg/square meter, it 2kg/square meter less than the aluminum composite panel’s eight, however aluminum honeycomb panel’s rigidity is 2 times more than aluminum composite panel, the performance same as 4mm thickness aluminum panel, so aluminum honeycomb panel is obviously better than aluminum composite panel and aluminum panel, it can save the material effectively.
(7) Damp proof:
Such material not absorb water, and the surface was deal with covering film, the color won’t fade for a long time, so when it in a dampness condition, it won’t mildew or distort as well as others badness status.
