SQS China's degreasing line is to clean the stainless steel coils after rolling process. This process is needed to remove the rolling oil remaining on the surface of coils during the rolling process, therefore preventing the strip defects brought by the oil stains from the annealing process. Before degreasing, the header of the steel coils have to be welded by the automatic welding machines equipped with the degreasing line. The degreasing and cleaning process consists of several steps, including washing, cold-water rinse, hot-water risnse, and drying off. The process can clean stainless steel strips as thin as 0.05mm. For the ultra-thin, full-hard types of steel strips which don't need annealing process, they can go directly to the surface leveling process after the degreasing process. Figure 1.
