We need very small aluminium milling parts for products like rc-modesl!
Milling and lathe parts!
The diameter for the lathe parts are between 15 and 35 mm. Most of them a re smaler then 25 mm.
Material is mostly aluminium Al 7075 ( Also called ergal)
Anodizing and laser printing is also required !
Tubes have the diameter 4x0, 85 ; 5x0, 8 ; 6x1, 3
Mterial : 4404 ore similar
V2A must come without heat treatment min 900 N/m
( best option: 100cr6-or similar, hardened and grinded) H7
Some products must be assembled and packed as well !
