ShanXi GuanLv Co.Ltd built Aluminium Processing Branch in order to enhance the competitiveness and cultivate new points of economic growth.The factory is one of the key enterprise of GuanLv Company,covering an area some 160 acres in which floor space 23000 square meters,owning permanent assets about 400 million Yuan.Its annually aluminium foil products' output reached 10000 tons,and hot-rolled products 40000 tons.At present,the main equipments are 6Telectric resistance holding furnace,respectively 3 sets of φ600×1000 aluminium strip continuous milling&rolling machine;4 sets of 260/630×800 four-high nonreversing cold rolling mill,etc.
The main products of our company are cable foil,air-conditioner foil,electronical foil,alloy foil,aluminium strip used in composite metal plastic pipe,bottle cap material and all of them are widely used in aviation,transportation,electricity,communication,air-conditioner,packing aluminium tube,etc.
Now we are building third-stage construction which are aimming at some 10 varieties of air-conditioner foil,alloy veneer,aluminium plate strip,PS plate material,etc. with an annually yeild of 45000-50000 tons.After the third-stage construction finished,the company will form a industrial chain with refined aluminium electron foil and hydrophilic foil.
