We are outfitted with modernized factory building and advanced production equipment, including casting workshop, extrusion workshop, oxidize workshop, spraying workshop, packing workshop, finished product warehouse, office building and other auxiliary facilities. We have many advanced Japanese Mitsubishi extrusion machines which with extrusion capacity of 450 to 1500 tons. All these machines can produce variety aluminum material from 3mm to 200mm diameter. In additional, we have advanced inspection equipment and laboratory test equipment and our annual production capacity can reach more than 8000 tons .The spraying workshop is outfitted with German’s latest technology of spraying process, and we adopt only the international known brand powder.
