Foshan Nanhai Dongxin Machine Equipment Manufacture Co. Ltd was established in 2002. We are professional designer and Manufacturer for series equipments of aluminum long billet furnace and hot shear machine. The location is in Hongxing Panian industry zone, Guanyao town, Nanhai district Foshan city.
Dongxin factory has the production area over 8,000 square meters with functional equipments in the workshop. After a couple of year development, Dongxin also has a professional and pioneering designer team. There are more than 100 technical workers of different specialized job and more than 20 technicians.
Dongxin improved the traditional heating method for short aluminum billet base on absorbed the advantaged technology from oversea and the experience of aluminum factories. We design automatic rapid long aluminum billet furnace with hot shear for extrusion press produce. The new design increased efficiency and reduce cost of extrusion press production, hence to make good benefit greatly. It also lets our customers increasing the ability of competitive. We have provided more than 100 sets of automatic long aluminum billet furnace and auxiliary equipment. Our products have covered many provinces of China. In the same time, our products also have been exported to Turkey, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Saudi Arabia, Syria and United Arab Emirates and etc. We provide all size products from Ф80mm to Ф380mm with high automation systems.
