Description�� Industrial thermocouple as the temperature measuring sensor, usually with temperature transmitter, regulators and displaying meter for matching use, forming a process control system , which is used for direct measurement or control temperature of the fluid in production process within the scope of 0-1800��, steam and gas and solid surface. Thermocouple is connected to a loop by two ends of conductors which is with two different components, when the two junction temperature is different, it will generate hot current loop. If there exists temperature range between the thermocouple’s working end and reference junction, the displaying meter will indicate the temperature value corresponding to thermoelectrical potential generated from thermocouple. Thermocouple should be in the ambient temperature 20 ± 15 ° C, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the test voltage for 500 ± 50V, insulation resistance between (dc) electrode and outer thimble > 1000 Ω.
