Pit Type Tempering Furnace

Description�� Application: Well type Tempering Furnace is an energy-saving periodic operating furnace. It is used for metalwork tempering in the air and solution hardening, tempering, aging of light alloy mechanicals, which include aluminum alloy casting, piston and aluminium plate, etc. Structure: The shell of Well type tempering furnace is shaped cylinder of steel plate and profiled steel. The inner of furnace cover is made from stainless steel. The furnace lining is built with 0.6g/cm3 ultra-light, energy-saving fire-resisting, heat-retaining bricks. There are some aluminum silicates set between the furnace lining and the furnace shell to keep the temperature. The resistance wire is an alloyed wire that coiled and mounted on the bricks. There is one loading basket in the furnace hearth. The furnace cover is lifted up and lowered down by a manual lever. To heat up the workpieces evenly, there is a Hot air circulation fan, which made of stainless shaft and fan. When the workpieces are being heated up, the hot air is circling around the hearth to make it distributed evenly in the furnace. A limit-switch is mounted near the Winding gear to make the operation safe. This switch is connected to the control cabinet; the electricity is on when the cover is closed. When the furnace cover is open, the electricity will be cut off as soon as the power of the heat element so that we can operate safely. The well type furnace leaves factory completed a set of control cabinet.
