Automatic aluminum foil container production line is composed of auto-lubricating feeder, length controller, control panel, pneumatic punch, mould, conveyor collector of finished products, scrap collector (optional), scrap presser (optional). This production line adopts the electrical stepping system and high performance pneumatic punch with an open working surface to realize the function of positive and negative rotating of the motor. With the adoption of double electromagnetism valves and pressure relay, the operation safety is guaranteed. The frames of equipments are made of solid steel which has the advantages of high rigidity and stronger structure. Thanks to the inside driving system, the layout of the equipment is compact. With the adoption of dry friction clutch, the slide area can stop instantly at any height. And the punch can realize the functions of single-stroke, inching motion and continuous action, which is beneficial to regulate the mould position and improve the processing precision. As customer requirement, the electrical stepping system can be replaced by PLC controller. It can also be equipped with light screen protective device, which guarantee the safety of the operator. This production line is equipped with removable control panel which is convenient to operate.
