Felt Roller is applied at initial table of aluminum extrusion and the handing table, after extrusion through the die, aluminum profile temperature is high to 550ºC, normal material cant bear so high temperature.But PBO fiber is a kind of high temperature resistance material, the Max.Temperature can arrive 600ºC.Meanwhile, PBO is a kind of metal fiber, as a super performance fiber at 21 century, it has very excellent mechanical properties and chemical properties, the capacity and modulus is twice of Kevlar fibers and with Nomex fiber performance of heat resistance and burning retardant.What is more, PBO roller can stand various sharp aluminum profile wearing and it can avoid the phenomenon of pilling, concave-convex, scales and aluminum profile contamination.
High temperature resistance felt belt is applied at the level one cooling table, because the delivery speed is very fast, friction is very big, so the fiber should need high temperature resistance and Wear resistance and high tensile strength performance.
Felt bushing is made of Nomex fiber, it is applied in the aging furnace and the temperature is lasting at 200ºC-210ºC, and as spacer of aluminum profile to avoid the scratching.
