Aluminum alloy tray

Tray, also named pedal, floor panel, is mainly for storage for warehousing and logistics. Aluminum tray is developed based on wood and plastic tray and widely used among developed countries. With the increasing environmental protection and food safety issues, using aluminum tray to replace wood and plastic tray in food, medical, hygiene and chemical engineering fields is more and more popular. Compared with other trays, advantages of aluminum tray are as follows: (1)The materials used are environmental protection materials, they never rust, meeting the demands of social development and with high returned value. Generally, aluminum tray can collect 30% ~ 50% cost after using scrap;(2) It’s widely applied in many environment and is easy to clean and to prevent bacteria breeding. Within the environment such as cold storage and humid situation, aluminum tray will not be in embrittlement and decay. Therefore, it's especially suitable for environment with high hygiene requirements;(3) Weight for single product is light, which meets bearing requirement and is easy to use.  Compared with steel tray under same specifications, the weight is only about one-third.
