600T Aluminum Profiles Extruder

Aluminum profile extrusion press ZJ standard series extruder is designed and manufactured on basis of introduction of foreign technology and domestic actual character, mainly used for extruding different kinds of aluminum/copper alloy profiles; this machine is 4 tension columns, single, direct, oil- hydraulic machine. This extruder is equip with four cylinders for die locking system, the function of clamping die can avoid the aluminum leaking from the space between the container and die. The support board on the main cylinder and container base are positioned by four points, the discharging of the profile form the center position will be very stable, it will improve the quality of the products. 5. Machine seat: extra-rigidity design, welded jointing parts, with back fire treatment for hardening and strengthening.
