A few days ago, Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Technology Co., Ltd. released its third quarterly report for 2022. In the first three quarters, it achieved revenue of 1.27 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.0%, and a net profit attributable to the parent of 170 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.8%. Q3 achieved revenue of 510 million yuan in a single quarter, a year-on-year increase of 50.8% and a month-on-month increase of 41.7%; net profit attributable to the parent was 66.52 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 117.6% and a month-on-month increase of 2.3%.
In Q3, the company's domestic and overseas product sales revenue accounted for 68.2% and 31.8% of its main business revenue, respectively, and sales increased by 58.7% and 37.9% year-on-year, respectively. In terms of business, new energy is an important growth point for the company. The company has export projects in North America, South Korea, Europe and other supporting points for new domestic projects, covering differential gears, new energy vehicle motor shafts, differential assemblies, etc. In the first three quarters of 2022, the company's sales of products supporting new energy vehicles accounted for 19.4% of its main business revenue, contributing an important increase to the company's revenue growth.
The company plans to raise 980 million yuan of convertible bonds project is progressing smoothly, of which 740 million yuan is invested in the industrialization project of electric drive transmission parts of new energy vehicles. After reaching production, the company will realize 1.8 million sets of electric drive transmission parts assemblies of new energy vehicles per year. At the same time, it will form a supporting annual production capacity of 500,000 motor shafts. After the project is put into production, it is expected to generate an annual sales income of 820 million yuan, a comprehensive gross profit margin of 23.0%, and a net profit of 95.31 million yuan.
