On October 27th, the branch held a promotion meeting of "five standards and one control" for the 500kA electrolysis series. Zhang Dejiao, secretary of the party committee and general manager, attended and delivered a speech, and Zhang Yang, deputy general manager, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, the fourth electrolysis plant reported on the progress of the 500kA "five standards and one control" management model in October from five aspects: the recent work, the production and operation of the electrolyzer in the first area, the internal shape of the furnace, the existing problems and the next work plan.
Zhang Dejiao fully affirmed the recent work of the fourth electrolysis plant and put forward specific requirements for the next step. First, we must have high standards and strict requirements to do a good job of on-site management improvement; second, we must solidly carry out equipment cascade upgrading work, and continuously improve the level of equipment support, especially for equipment problems that affect process operation, we must race against time to improve the equipment operation rate; Speed ??up the process of sorting out, solve the problems of blocking points and difficulties, and improve the operation efficiency; fourth, we must pay close attention to the process to ensure that each link meets the standard; fifth, we must strengthen the risk management and control of electrolyzers to ensure the safe and stable operation of the series; sixth, we must do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, care and care employees, and orderly organize production.
