Nanshan Aluminium Plans to Build Technical Transformation Project of Auto Lightweight Aluminium Sheet Production Line

Nanshan Aluminium considers with the rapid development of aviation, automotive, high-speed rail and other industries while the demand of aluminium is also increasing largely. Aluminium alloy is widely used in passenger cars (cars, buses) and commercial vehicles (trailers, cars, tank cars, coal trucks, containers), automotive aluminum will be the main development trend for aluminium fabrication industry in the future, the market prospect is bright thus the company decided to expand its production line.

Now it plans to invest 1564.44 million Yuan in "Build Technical Transformation Project of Auto Lightweight Aluminium Sheet Production Line", 1460.14 million yuan for construction investment, working capital 104.30 million Yuan. After the completion of the project will add 100 thousand tons of automotive lightweight aluminum plate annually. The  proposed factory's location will be inside an existing project factory with 200 thousand tons super large specification high performance special aluminum alloy material production line, the whole factory is located in the east of Donghai Development Zone, Longkou, Shandong. This project adopts advanced plate type control technology, imports 6 sets of 2500mm cold rolling machine, 10 sets of external grinding round bed and other domestic equipments, the construction period is 24 months.
