                ANNEXURE ¨C I

Terms and Conditions_

1. Material composition and properties should be in conformance with IS

65032 or Al. Alloy 6061 or equivalent to the temper designation of T651

(see Annexure ¨C II).

2. Length and quantity requirement is as per Annexure ¨C III.

3. All the fields in the Annexure -III are to be duly filled without leaving any

blanks. Both Annexure II (Compliance Statement) & III are to be duly

signed by authorized personnel of the bidding company and returned

along with technical bid.

4. Completely filled and signed Annexure -IV is to be attached along with

commercial bid.

5. In Annexure IV, for calculating the total cost, consider the nearest

weight (the integral multiple of the weight of each piece that you

supply) that you arrive at according to the nearest dimensions you can

supply.

6. Tolerances on weights should be within + 10%.

7. Bid is valid only if you are able to supply all the line items requested. You

may please abstain from bidding if you cannot supply all the line items

specified in Annexure -III.

8. Quote only if you can supply the exact 'ALLOY GRADE' & 'QUANTITY'

requested and please quote the price for the unit weight.

9. Please quote only if the quantity requested is above your "Minimum

Order Quantity" if any.

10. All the material should come with their 'SIZE' , 'ALLOY GRADE', 'BATCH

NUMBER' and 'MANUFACTURER'S NAME' details printed on them with

indelible ink.

11. You are requested not to attach superfluous material with the bid like

composition of metal grades under various standards, past purchase

order references, laboratory reports etc.

Foreign currency for direct import orders on their Principal:
