- Detail Infor:Price Range: 14~20 USD Minimum Order Quantity: 600 Set/Sets We are in need for a good supplier of aluminium door-grip/handles.
These parts need to be made by gravity casting, precision machined, and have a very high specific surface quality.
The quantity is not big, but if price/quality is good, then there will be more types of these products needed.
First inquiry is for a set of 4 parts. The inside of a long axle can only be made by a sand core. Because of that, tolerances there are less precise as on drawing. So drawings can be changed, after what is possible for production.
Appr. weights:
Long axle: 460 gram.
Short axle: 190 gram.
Opener handle: 850 gram.
Back handle: 850 gram
Quantity: 600 sets per year.
Visible surface: (Hand)-grinding + barrel polishing + polishing + anodizing.
